How well do you do on cloudy days?
what fish and how to fish for them ?
Is it worth it or should I just stay home and cut the grass? lol

Personally, most fishing is better on cloudy days in my opinion. I think the fish tend to be a little higher in the water column, because they need more light to see by while hunting for their prey.

When I use to bass fish...I noticed in the hot summer time there was a good bite all day long under cloudy conditions after a week long blistering sunshine. The first cloudy day seemed to be the best to me. I havent related that to catfishing yet but I feel sure its there in the heat of the summer. Could of been other conditions like preasure and front moving in also helping with the bite on them cloudy days. I also agree with Jim on the fish moving up in the water column. I prefer the wife to mow the grass while Im fishing because the next day she needs to be cleaning up the boat. 2wink grin
