Once the water softens up here I will try it and report back. soon next warm spell would let me fish the river from shore but the ramp is jammed with ice.

I checked the river on the weekend and its still frozen. the weather people say its going to warm up by the end of this week and maybe rain tommorow so I will check again on sat. If I can't go cat fishin I will have to go steelhead fishing instead.
