we use to use this for channel cats in some of the lakes around her  u mix some hamburger chickenblood some wheeties or shredde wheat or u can even use oats which ever u choose a little vanilla extract mix it all together to form a ball u can get it to the thickness u desire refrigerate atleast 12 hrs before going fishing u can also add the juice from a can of corn to it or what ever scent u choose or not add ne scent at all but we use to atch several channel cats on it  i hope it brings u luck
