Me and a Fishing Buddy made this up one night when the cats weren't hitting anything else and its what i got my PB on.. Take a Stocking or Pantyhose and cut off appropriate amount. Then take some beef liver and chicken liver and put a lil in then add one or 2 little shrimp squeeze some catfish dynamite and tie closed and hook up and cast out... for best results put wieght(s) 18-20" above the bait...Good luck and happy cattin' !

all kinds ....  i tend to go after the flats...and you could use..goldfish live on a slip rig, blue gills, shad, skipjack, perch,,,a huge part a flatheads diet is fish.... i like using live the best...i will use also cut bait sometimes.....  for blues i use cut shad or skip jack

just find out what fish are native to the waters and do some investigating and then go after them hope this helps!

stinky bait there but it must work ....

im like esdaddy on those flatheads...live bait ..

find out what bait fish is naitive to the area. like shad bluegill pearch and what ever else is small and swims around close to the banks...

the one im holding in my avatar is 43# and was caught in the fall on live  on a 3 inch bluegill at 9 pm in about 8 feet of water

but i have caught flatheads on alot of diffrent live bait and also cut bait they really arent too picky but live seems better .....

now some of the smaller flatheads i have caught were on hand size bluegill i thought when i was getting the run hey this is gonna be huge only to find out it tipped the scales at a whopping 2 pounds so size of bait really dont matter most people use kahls circles and and other weird design of a hook but i prefer a plain shank 7 to 10/0 plain shank eagle claw its what i learned with and i like setting the hook  so i hope this is some help to you      ]

happy fishing

bullheads work awesome for flatheads, creek chubs, suckers, but be sure that using game fish is legal in your area or your fishing trip could turn a bit bad for ya.
