We used alot of squid this summer on the MO river. Seemed to work realy well as long as you run the hook all the way down through the head and tenticals.

Yep I've used squid with success for channels here in WV,,,I found it best to "age" it a little in the back of a pick up bed :lol:

i have fished with it here in wv also for channels didnt have much luck... but really only gave it a change 2 times a few years ago

I always thought it would work great for catfish,but,have never tried it. I've only used it for saltwater fishing
