real easy to make.--

take one box of strawberry jello, add 1/2 cup of water to desolve contents,(do not heat) mix then add your bait to marinade for at least 24 hours. now you are set for fishing.

this is the main bait that i use this recipe on, but i use it on many other baits as well.

koolaid, will work just like the jello, poptarts will fall off the hook. i think in my personal opinion it is sent and color. the color red in most fish has a tendency to trigger anger and causes them to attack the bait or lure that you are using, and on the sent side of things catfishes body's are one big sent glad that will detect smell from long distances, and i have found they have a sweet tooth. this particular bait is used for channel cats.

the water clarity plays a major roll in the visibility of colors, clear water you will see the colors, but now that is were the scent thing comes into play here.  [smilie=a_bravo.gif]  [smilie=a_bravo.gif]
