I was thinking of ways to use 2 baits on one rig and came up with this setup. Has anyone ever tryed it? The weight on the main line with a bead then a 3 way swivel, one hook on bottom with another being held off of bottom with a bobber. The only disadvantage I can see is if the two leader lines tangle. I will be trying it if I get to fish this Friday night and post a report on it's actions.

I have used the high low bottom rig in the past but was looking for something a little diffrent. All my ideas seem to look like they will twist, wrap, knot, and cause headaches lol

Stonewall,

I run a double hook rig on the Ohio river, leader is about 18 inches long, I snell a 8/0 circle hook on then about a foot above that snell another one, have no proplems with this rig I'll snap some pictures of it when I get home tonight, I'll put Skipjack on one hook and Shad on the other till I figure out what they want more then I'll rig both with that bait, also works well with very large baits hook in the back and one in the front, but I mainly fish with all fresh dead bait................Doc
