Lots of great photos guys!!

My personal best is 56 lbs.  I've caught several 50+lbs but can't seem to get to 60.  Oh well, I'll just have to keep trying

My Dad comes down to fish the mighty Mississippi with me about twice a year.  In early May this year he made a trip down.  He started with catching a 30 lber, then two spots later he connected with a 71.  It was quite a battle in 12 ounce current.  I made the mistake of telling him he could catch all the fish that day, LOL.

Thanks guys.  You know if you are going to be with someone that's going to catch a bigger fish than you, it might as well be your Dad

The 56 was a couple years ago.  I've had several 50 & 51 lbers, and a couple 54's but can't seem to get over that hump.

You know it's a tough job but someone has to keep at it, LOL.

My two biggest blues were at 75lb each. I can't seem to get over that 75lb mark.  I guess the saying goes. Try,try try again.
