Here is a picture of mine. I dont know that this is right though. The sales rep at the seminar I went too told me to put it beside the other one. He has the same boat as me so i took his advice. Mine works out both side on the side image but I do get a clearer picture off the right side. Scott i would think there is more to keeping it sealed than that rubber boot anyways. Got to be some epoxy or something in there somewhere. Now you need a jack plate.....lol. J/k

You know I actually thought about adding a manual jack plate just to get the set back  cheesy

Yea, the boot definitely is not the seal.  It's all gooped up and drying now.  Since the transducer's obviously so close to the top cav plate, I'm going to drop it a half inch or so to give some more clearance. 

Other than that, it's looking good.
