Forward swing
Now continuing from the backswing and into the forward swing .... at the peak of your back swing you will now twist your forearm inward while bringing the net slightlely outward and forward with a quick pace but not forcing it....at all times keeping your hands waist level.... at this point your net will begin its spreading process. You should now spin your wrist inward with an outward thrust... Thus letting go of the net from both hands...
NOTE: Your left hand should be face down on the backswing and faceup on the forward swing thus resulting in an even freeing of the net....
This process sounds difficult , but it really is'nt... Because it is really all one action...... When I get the video made you will see that it's really simple.....Now if you are throwing 10' or 12' net there are a few more techniques to add in.. If you need advice on these feel free to PM me.....
