Hey man, never said I didn't like you. Just trying to rub in the Jamie/Mike situation a little cause I know it bothers both of you. I know how he is. Kind of the same as you seem to be. lol. If anyone including you want's to fish with me, I'm all for it. I just don't invite a lot of folks out cause I don't cover a lot of water and slay 20 or 30 hawgs from a super secret location like everyone else apparently does. I fish from the pumphouse to the Benjamin Harrison, and thats pretty much it. 1 or 2 citations aboard in an outing is fine with me. I just hate to invite people out, then wind up getting the ole skunk, which is something that also seems to never fail. Not trying to seem unsociable or anything, anyone is welcome, just keep in mind we wont be burning up the fish, rather relaxing, shooting the chit, and with any luck catching a couple fish.

the spot he is refering to is a bad hang up and lots of people ( i am guessing him too ) have lost their anchors in that spot. as the story goes you just catch your anchor on all the ones already down there and not get yours back either- It may because I fished wrecks in the saltwater 9,873,427 times that I have never lost anchore on the James in 8 years fishing up there- but then agian , I make all my own anchors............

Yep. I know me, Mike, and Tim have all donated anchors to the wad. Tim's was a Richter. I pulled up an el cheapo mushroom anchor up from there in the exact same spot I lost my fluke a year before. Just keep in mind that if you anchor in front of the cut bank along Presquile where the red channel marker is, you run the risk of not getting your anchor back. I made me an anchor like Jamie's for just that spot. lol. Never had any problems anywhere else.

Looks like you got a nice fishing shop. One thing I would change. Don't put your rod and reels in a window for everyone to see. A thief wouldn't hesitate to grab them. Out of sight out of mind. Where did you order those rods from. I haven't seen any of those baitcasting big water rods around here. I have Bigwater surf rod, 8' model. I like that rod.

Well just letting direct sunlight in on your rods and most mono's aint good,,so you might want to go with overhead storage. Good luck with your richter....after mine refused to hang up on anything and acted more like a bowling ball on a chain I also went to the ol reliable wreck anchor

i guess he was talkin about jamies fishing garage....i dont have my rods anywhere near a window...for the price they sell the richtors for they should work better than that.
