Which do you prefer and whats in it . I like the tackle bag because it has a strap you can throw over your sholder so you can carry more poles lol, My tackle bag has 4 plastic trays that snap shut , in one its full of no-rolls sizes 1-1/2 to 5 oz.same with egg sinkers # 2 tray has an assortment of hooks mostly Gammas 8-10 o size #3 has an assortment of swivels , beeds ,and 3-way rigs #4 has hook sharpener, filet knife, glow sticks, line clippers ,needle nose pliers , and some other fishing tools . it also has two small zipper pouches on each side to hold whatever , in one I have some back up 40lb. Big Game and some break away line for fishing rip rap, in the other I have 2 small plastic trays that have my bait catching hooks , sinkers and floats . Then there's a big zipper pouch on the front that has stuff like flashlight , fishing gloves , and large floats , so what do you all have .

I used to use a box, but since i'm a bank fisher and carry a heavy load, i switched to a back pack to keep my hands free for carrying other things. My typical trip down the river bank involves carrying 2 to 3 rods, chair, lantern, 5 gallon bucket with bait, and 20lb back pack.

If I am fishing out of the back of my truck, it's box, if I am going to be walking , then it's deffinetly a pack, a very light pack, then three rods, three rod holders, chair, bait and couple of bottles of water, hooks, sinkers, leader line, flashlight, scissors, filet knife, floats, swivels, Bounce sheets, that's about all I need to catfish and some protection.

I like the Over and Under style boxes. Mine has 5 boxes in the bottom section. 1 for hooks. 1 for striper rigs and lures. 1 for asst hard baits. 1 for soft plastics. 1 for asst supplies. In a side compartment I keep leader material and asst odds and ends. Up top I keep all my pre tied leaders, beads, swivels, clippers, glowsticks, headlamp, and all the often needed catfishing gear. My weights are kept in a separate box under the seat on my toon since they weigh about 15lbs. The main thing is to be organized so you know where to find things, even in the dark.

Ive got 2 "open water" soft sided bags in my truck box,1 is full of floats, swivels, sliders and other things and the other has them stow aways full of hooks, my main box is a back pack and by the looks of baitfishes avatar its teh same on ehe owns.i got 3 stow aways in it 1 i put what ever sinkers i think i may need 1 has got hooks and the other has got swivels and what not in it,i also have a small cutting board stuffed in there, a fillet knife latched on the strap and my leader material and extra line in the side pockets and my scale, first aid kit,TP and some other things in the front zip pockets. for sinkers i keep them in my truck box as well,i use them spinner bait boxes with the deviders in them to keep my sinkers seperated. when my back pack starts running low i replenish it with stuff from my truck box.

Alot of my spots require a good walk to get to them..So a back back is needed to free up my hands for other stuff.

rub the Bounce sheet on your skin and the skeeters leave you alone, plus bees don't like them either. I wear bibs and when I get done rubbing the skin I stick it in on of my buckles and sometimes put one hanging out the back of my cap, only got one skeeter bite last year.
