just got better :( ...HEAVY SNOW WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 4 AM EST THURSDAY... SNOW SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN WEST OF THE ALLEGHENY FRONT...AND THE WESTERN RIDGES OF HIGHLAND AND PENDLETON COUNTIES THIS MORNING AS AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT PASSES THROUGH THE REGION. BY THE TIME THIS STORM ENDS THURSDAY MORNING...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MAY EXCEED A FOOT. IN ADDITION TO THE SNOWFALL...GUSTY WINDS OF 40 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND VISIBILITIES THAT COULD BE NEAR ZERO AT TIMES. WHEN COMBINED WITH EXPECTED TEMPERATURES... we only got about 3-4 inches here ...calling for a lil bit more today and tonight but it looks good for friday as of now.

still the only snow I have seen has been on vehicles coming out of the west----clear blue ski's ----and dang cold.

We got about 2" of snow but it was really cold today as I was putting in enough hay for the cattle and one horse to last a few days. We'll be pulling out around 6am in the morning, see you all at Denny's sat evening if not before on the river.
