Started out just having the floor painted with bedliner spray but when I got the carpet off I found some spots in the floor that were starting to peel so decide to put new floor down then painted it with cabelas tuff coat. Here are some pics.

Any progress on the rebuild?  I'd like to see some more pictures of that whole process.  Looks pretty interesting.

boat is finished and has been used some and the tuff coat is holding up great. its nice to be able to just hose it off and no more carpet to deal with.

no it was a side console I moved it to the center so that could use both sides of console for storage and can
now drift off either side

Great job on the boat.  That floor will last much longer than carpet, and I love the center console and storage.
