Well Lisa said the green center console would be a temp boat but I figure I would at least get to take it fishing once LOL but I was looking around on Craigs list and found another center console that was closer to the one she had stolen Lisa liked it so I called about it Saturday and went to go look at it today and bought it as I was hooking it up Mark the man who sold it to us said he had a call on the boat that morning from someone that wanted to come look at it but he told them that I had first shot at it  grin grin Little did I know that I just bought it out from under our own Terry [Jerseycat] and his Buddy Rick sorry Guys but Lisa is Happy and that makes me Happy  :2wink: koolsmiley smiley
It is a 17ft cobia SS177 center console with a 70hp evinrude  cool

I think she will be a lot happier with this one Doug.

What are the chances of you buying the boat out from under someone you know without knowing it?

I hear Jerseycat is lookin for a boat  grin

LOL Yeah I had chewed the fat with him when he first posted it for $2500 and got cold feet on the transom then I seen he had re posted it and had mapquested it called him and he said he was watching pull out of his driveway. He said a guy came from South Carolina and Rick looked at me and said the word Doug bought it. I thought about it and was like what are the odds huh Then about an hour later Doug calls me  grin He didnt need to say a word as I had already known what I was about to hear  tongue But he didnt blink and got the boat and I snoozed and loosed LOL I guess one day I will be on that boat kicking myself in the arse for the hesitation but all in all its a good thing cause that was a raw deal what happened to Lisa's Boat and if it makes her happy and a good friend got the boat Im happy as well :2wink:
