looking for any pointers for fishing at the Diversion Canal gonna be staying  at Hill's Landing & Marina this weekend any help will be appreciated thanks

the word is that they are biting at the top and bottom of the canal in the deep part of the channel if there isn't any water moving thru the canal then the bite is slow in the canal  smiley

Tom come on over to Blacks at the lower end of the diversion canal on Saturday that's where the Tournament will be starting from Jon and I with the Cattoon should be there by 5pm I will check with the usually suspects and get all the info I can and let you know where to go  cool

we back at home now had a blast but not as good as fishing out on the big water but we at least did not get scunked we got 3 12-14 lb blues 1 on harring and 2 on chickin livers the 1 was under the power lines in the canal and 2 at marker 33
