Lafayette Reservoir Report: It seem like every summer someone does it. Catches a 30+pound Channel Catfish. It happened the second week of Aug. this year ONLY 30 pounds, about 2 pounds off the lake record. Try as much as I do. My best is only 20 pounds. Just when I think there are no more big one left it happens. Someday I hope it will be my turn, heaven knows I try.
