The one near Jeffboat is called Duffy's landing. It's on the Indiana side on Utica Pike about 3 miles upriver from the Kennedy Bridge. Cox's Park is straight across the river from that, but there's alot of crackheads and other unfavorables that hang around there after dark.
Below McAlpine Dam in Clarksville, IN, there's a boat ramp right by the lower dam and hydroelectric plant. I'ts on Harrison Avenue.
As for the fishing report as of yesterday, skipjacks are running below the Interprative Center at the Falls of the Ohio State Park.
A few small channels are starting to be caught around town, but they're few and far between. The river is very low right now, and the 5 day forecast is for it to get even lower.

the ramps that are mentioned above are pretty much down town louisville!  and that area has alot of huge yahts and commercial trafic as well as a huge amout of pleasure boaters! fishins ok ! and both are pretty good ramps! undecided undecided but there are some ramps that are further above and farther below of the above mentioned ramps, that are  20 mile  or less from one another! mc Alpine dam seperates the river into two seperate pools! that will get you out of the urban water with less boat trafic and better fishin!  are you planing on fishing the louisville bps's  big cat quest tourny????, i just had to try this marqee thing out!! grin grin  move]
