I was contacted by Capt. Payne about maybe taking some of his guys out catfishing when your going out. Currently he has about 50 guys and gals going stir crazy with few activities for them in Hopewell. Obviously this is kind of bad time of year as we all have lots of things going on at the home front, but if your planning on going out on the James River and have an availiable seat or two, call Capt. Lord I know how a day of fishing clears my head of troubles and puts a new smile on my face, I cant imagine all the healing it does for them
